Contego TURF is a biological pesticide designed to control pest insects in Turf grasses. The bacteria is ingested by the feeding grubs and activates in the gut causing milky spore disease. Once the grubs are infected they will multiply the spore by several billion times and spread it further.  

The best time to apply Contego TURF is from January through to the end of March when the grubs are at their most vulnerable  and very susceptible to biological control.
